Lauren Jauregui has finally confirmed that her debut solo project is coming, offering a glimpse of the new project, “Prelude.” in a series of photos via her Instagram.
The former Fifth Harmony member is set to further detail the upcoming solo debut project in a global cinematic livestream on October 14 and October 15 via Moment House.
“I want the story to tell itself through the music,” the singer told Billboard. “It’s very introspective. I go through a lot of different emotions and revealings throughout it. And it’s also just the beginning, you know? So it’s just the first round of people seeing me for the songwriter that I am and for the artist that I am across the board, even beyond just the music. Like just the whole vision of everything coming to life.”
The 25-year-old singer also further revealed that this project dives into vulnerable topics ranging from mental health to love. “I feel like I really explore my strength through my vulnerability,”
Deep gratitude to be able to finally birth the beginning of this project into the world, “PRELUDE” is a piece of my heart and I can’t wait for you all to hear what that sounds like. https://t.co/dlcAPConbR pic.twitter.com/ujELdpRjcE
